Airtel Nigeria Vacancy for Assistant Manager, Prepaid Acquisitions
Airtel Nigeria has required Assistant Manager, Prepaid Acquisitions for its Lagos office. Successful candidate is reporting to the Manager, Prepaid Acquisitions. Generate reports on prepaid acquisition strategies that show trends, ROI and impact to aid effective business decisions.
Provide Summarized Analysis to aid Executive Management in Commercial & Strategic decisions
To sustain and enhance targeted gross revenue in respective territory or designated rural area by effective implementation of planned sales and distribution strategies that are aimed at improving the distribution channel.
Ensure best case day-minus-one reporting for SMS revenue, usage
Work to deliver detailed monthly reports as against AOP and monthly projections (stretch targets)
Reporting and cascade SMSC platform reports
Educational Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Management or any numerate discipline
MBA and/or professional certification would be an added advantage
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Five to eight years experience in Marketing or Sales function in FMCG or telecoms environment
Two to three years supervisory role
Must have hands on experience in planning, forecasting, analysis and reporting
Strong skills in trend analysis and interpretation
Ability to draw inferences from limited/incomplete data
Ability to read, understand and extract valuable insights from Market research reports
Good report writing skills.
Good problem solving and analytical abilities
Ability to function under pressure.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
Willingness to undertake fairly regular regional travel
