The Job
- Go through the reports of job repairs done as well as pending jobs to follow up and ensure prompt solution/action plan
- Plan and follow the jobs done during the preventive scheduled
- List of maintenance jobs in utilities and plan for scheduled preventive maintenance
- Manage and monitor the overtime of subordinates
- Monitor the line efficiency and improve and sustain above 85%
- Monitor and track the important spares with the stores
- Manage manpower issues and build team work culture
The Person
- Good leadership and people management skills
- Good technical knowledge of job area
- Must demonstrate a high sense of discipline and integrity
- Sound communication skills
Qualification
- HND in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial maintenance and related discipline
- Membership of Nigerian Society for Engineers will be an added advantage
Experience

- Plan and coordinate warehouse storage of products and materials

- Generate weekly and monthly reports on the warehouse activities

List of maintenance jobs include Pneumatics, instruments, Electronic boards, PLC related hardware and PROFIBUS cables
Calibrate pressure gauges, pneumatics valves, water flow meters
Configure all kinds of VFDs
